Holiday Editions are produced in small batches. Because of this, all orders are final sale once placed.

Damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

• your order number,
  
• photos of the mailer, the damaged item(s), and the shipping label.
  
  We’ll replace the damaged item(s). If a replacement isn’t available (sold out), we’ll refund the affected item(s) to your original payment method.
  

Lost in transit

If tracking hasn’t updated for 10 business days (U.S.), reply to your order email and we’ll investigate. We’ll replace once if stock remains; if it’s sold out, we’ll refund.

Wrong address / returned to sender

If the address was entered incorrectly or the carrier returns the package to us as undeliverable, we can reship to a corrected address for the actual postage cost.

Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order or any time before you receive a “Fulfilled/Shipped” email. After fulfillment, orders are final.

Preorder timeline

Holiday Edition ships Dec 1 (estimated). You’ll receive tracking when it leaves our studio.

What we don’t accept

We do not accept returns for change of mind, opened items, or general wear. Collector add-ons are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.
